Microsoft Innovator Educator Workshop - (16 and 17 January 2018)
Two days workshop was held on 16th and 17th January 2018 in our school for the teachers to train them as Microsoft Innovator Educator and join the Microsoft community.

They were introduced to variety of courses available online, preparing lesson plans, presentations and also how they can connect, collaborate and innovate with other educators world wide. It was a great learning experience for the teachers to integrate progressive pedagogy with advanced technology as an attempt to advance learning and prepare the students for better job prospective in future.
Career Development - (10 August 2017)
Mr. Jitin Chawla, an eminent educationist & career counsellor, and Mr. Alok Bansal, Director at IMS Delhi / NCR, had conducted a workshop on 9 August for Humanities students of Class XII. The workshop focused on the various career options, such as Law, Management, Social Work, Psychology, Teaching, Travel and Tourism, Designing, Advertising, Photography, Charted Accountant, Nutrition and Diets etc. along with other vocational and management courses. Information regarding various colleges and entrance examination dates were also disseminated. Myths associated with Humanities were also dispelled. It was a very informative workshop.

Mr. Sahil Sachdeva of JINA Institute of Professional Studies conducted a workshop on 10 August for the Science and Commerce students of Class XII. The seminar focused on the new and upcoming streams in these subjects, such as Actuarial Science, IPM (IIM Indore) and other professional courses - BMS, BBA (FIA), BBE, BBA, BCA, Law, Mass Communication and Hotel Management. Students were highlighted about the importance of knowledge in attaining success. The workshop was very informative as the students need to have a better understanding about the various options for their respective streams were addressed.
Dealing with Failures - (28 July 2017)

School, Janakpuri - Meet the Author : Click to EnlargeThe educational supervisor (junior wing) Ms. Jyotsna Vishwakarma attended a workshop on the 28 July, on Dealing with Failures-developing resilience in school children. The resource person, Dr. V. S. Ravindran, informed that in today’s world number of suicides amongst adolescents is increasing. This is because these days children cannot take any failure in their stride. Teachers and parents have high expectations from theirwards and want them to excel in every field. Unreasonably, high goals are set for them. When they do not perform to these expectations, they go into depression and in some cases attempt suicide.

Teacher and parent are to ensure that their wards do not develop uncalled for competitive syndrome, where nothing but success is acceptable as end result. They should be asked to take each and every competitive situation as a part of life, instead of terming as ‘competition’.
Interactional with Authors - (23 July 2017)
Tanya Joshi VII-F, Amitoj Singh VII-C, Soumya Pokhriyal VII-A, Sahej Sahni VII-G and Suhani VII-E visited the Little Theatre Group Auditorium, Mandi House for Scholastic Writers ’Award ceremony on 23 July, where they interacted with children book authors, Ms. Payal Dhar and Ms. Devika Rangachari. It was a literally enriching session, wherein our students were given tips on creative writing by the authors. The visit was an enlightening experience for the young minds gaining immensely from the valuable creative information shared by the authors. Participating in Informative and exciting quizzes, which were also a part of the event, made the visit very useful.
Youth Development Workshop - (22 July 2017)
Mr. Girish, Bahuguna, Mr. Yogesh, & Mr. Sandeep Singh attended a workshop on Youth Development organized by Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports at Vigyan Bhawan on 22 July. It aimed at promotion of games and sports including scouts &`guides, NCC and NSS in schools. Shri S. K. Bhattacharya, Educationist, gave welcome address and keynote address was given by Sh. Vijay Goel, Minister of Youth affairs &Sports, Govt. of India.
Transformational Leadership - (22 July 2017)
Ms. Inderpreet Kaur Ahluwalia, Educational Supervisor attended the Sankalp Sahodaya Annual Conference, which was meant for Principals and leaders of leading Schools of South West Delhi, at ITL School Dwarka on 22 July. The theme of the workshop was Transformational Leadership. Eminent motivational speakers, viz. Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Mr. Arunabh Singh, and Mr. Brian Waller addressed the august gathering.
Capacity Building Programme - (21 and 22 July 2017)
Mrs. Manisha Kapoor participated in the Capacity Building Programme conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education on 21 and 22 July at Sachdeva Public School, Rohini, New Delhi. The resource persons were Mr. Shahid Kalim Qureshi and Ms. Anita Sharma (Principal, S.D. Public School). The workshop emphasized on the equipping the participants with the skills and competency required to effectively transact challenging content areas in mathematics, facilitate effectively planning the lessons, sensitizing the participants regarding the issue of gender so that they provide a gender equitable environment in the class rooms, develop expertise in drafting of test papers and provide an environment conducive to shared learning so that the participant could explore suitable strategies to deal with the students misconceptions regarding mathematical concepts.
An Educational Conference : ED:TECH+ - (18 July 2017)
Ms. Neetu Chawla our computer teacher attended a technological driven educational conference ED: Tech+, A Smart Move Towards Smart Education at The Park Hotel on 18 July. The conference focused on the need of technological growth in the education sector. The eminent speakers were Dr. Sandhya Chintala, Executive Director IT & ITES Sector Skill Council and NASSCOM, Mr. Aurobindo Saxena, Vice President, Technopark, and Mr. Manish Gupta, CEO, Videoken. The speakers addressed various Technological Advancements in educational sector. Dr. Sandhya discussed about upcoming technologies like Robotics, driverless transport and 3D printing etc. Mr. Manish gave an overview of the website videoken.com that provides filtered YouTube videos and is used for video editing. Dr. Deepak talked about MOOC - Massive online open courses. He suggested blending teaching lessons with the online material. Overall, it was a wonderful learning experience.
Capacity Building Programme for Prospective Resource Persons in Business Studies - (6 and 7 July 2017)
Good teachers are the foundation on which a quality education system rests. With the objective of teachers' empowerment, the Central Board of Secondary Education conducted a Capacity Building Programme for Prospective Resource Persons in Business Studies - Class XII. Ms. Ruchika Paul and Ms. Vandana Shah attended the workshop. The workshop was held at CBSE Centre of Excellence, Gurugram on 6 and 7 July. The workshop was chaired by Ms. Sugandh Sharma, Additional Director, CBSE Centre of Excellence. The resource persons and teachers discussed the content of the CBSE Curriculum, need of integrating current issues in the curriculum, forming case studies, sample papers, inclusive education and how to make teaching more involving and interesting.
Google India Code to Learn 2017 - (9 May 2017)
As part of the Google India Code to Learn 2017, Ms. Monica Uppal and Ms. Neetu Chawla, our computer science teachers attended a training programme on Scratch and App Inventor on May 9, at Indraprastha International School, Dwarka.. Both Scratch and App Inventor help Middle School and High School students to develop storyboards, games, Animations and Apps. The resource person was Mr. Siddhant Aggarwal.
Green to grey matter - (5 May 2017)
Ms. Poonam Bhatia, Ms. Anupama Reu Sikri, & Ms. Anushree Ghai from our School attended the Annual Conference conducted by the Forum of Public Schools on 5 May at the India International Centre. The Chief Guest for the event was Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Minister for Law & Justice and Information Technology, Government of India. The conference was divided into 3 sessions covering the topics relating to the value of collaboration while creating, value of Sanskrit language and the integration of art into technology to empower our education system. The primary speakers for the same were Mr. Shyam B. Menon (V.C. Ambedkar University), Mrs. Ritika Parrukh (Dy. Director British Council), Mr. Kamlesh Sharma (Former High Commissioner of India to U. K.), Mr. S. K. Bhattacharya (President Action Committee), Dr. R. Gopichandran (Director Vigyan Prasar) and Prof. Rajaram S. Sharma (Jt. Director, NCERT). This conference was attended by a huge gathering drawn from the members of over 90 registered schools of the Forum and was a great learning experience.
We Plant - (2 May 2017)
We Plant’ is a voluntary organization committed to end malnutrition and enhance biodiversity. Planting fruit trees in public places and thus making fruits available and accessible to poorest of the poor is the goal of this organization. They also have dream of planting more trees than the number of trees cut every day. Together we can make a difference. This precisely is the vision of this organization to see public lands all over India planted with location specific fruits. To accomplish this “We Plant” organized workshop at St. Mary’s School, Dwarka on 2 May, which was attended by Tanisha Kapoor IX-E and Shashak IX-H along with Ms. Sandhya Sahni. The workshop was conducted by the “We Plant” founder member Ms. Santosh.
Cracking Boards - (1 May 2017)
A workshop was held for students of Class XII on 1 May on Crack the Boards ”by a well - known resource person Mr. Nilesh Gulati, a member of knowledge enhancement task force. The students were given tips on time management, preparation and strategy to score more marks in board exams. The aim of the workshop was to nurture a collaborative environment to enhance learning.
Cyber Safety Awareness - (2017)
A senior computer teacher, Mr. Mohan Singh attended the workshop on Cyber Safety Awareness by Cyber Crime Cell under Economic Offence wing of Delhi Police. Deputy Commissioner Police Mr. K. K. Vyas, Cyber Crime & Economic Offences wing of Delhi Police was the resource person.
Accountancy - (2017)
Orientation programme was organized by Arya Publication at Bal Bharti Public School, Rajinder Nagar. Resource person, Prof. D. K. Goel discussed the changes incorporated in the board question paper pattern and topics such as Conversion of Debenture into shares, GST etc. Ms. Vandana Shah attended this workshop and took part actively in the discussions. The workshop immensely helped in understanding the changes and accordingly tailoring the curriculum for the benefit of our Accountancy students.

She also attended another workshop on Accountancy organized by Sultan Chand on the recent changes in examination pattern and GST at India Islamic Cultural Centre,Lodhi Road. It was conducted by renowned authors and resource persons Dr. G. S Grewal and Mr. R. K. Khosla.
Tony Blair Institute - (2017)
Ms. Chaina Kohli attended a teacher-training workshop organised by The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a non-profit organization dedicated to making globalization work for the many. The Institute works to provide policy and strategy in support of a vision of globalization designed to improve the well-being of the people, economically, politically, and socially. Ms. Sandhya Gupta and Ms. Ghanapriya, the representatives of the institute spoke about the importance to inculcate tolerance amongst people of different religions. “Lets celebrate differences with equality” is the way to make this world a better place to live in.
Itihaas - (2017)
Abhai Singh Tanwar and Srishty Bahl of Class XI-A got an opportunity to visit the Election Museum in the office of Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi, and participate in a six day workshop as a part of ITIHAAS. It is always said, see it to believe it. The museum showcased India’s electoral journey through artefacts, rare photographs, documents and archival film footage. With the use of nearly 200 archived photographs, maps and references, the museum tries to unfold the legacy of electoral process from its inception. They got opportunity to see metal ballot boxes used in first general elections in 1952, the ones used in 1996 and samples of old election symbols. Information about all stages of elections and its connections with voters in today’s time, glimpses on the working of Election Commission and how Election Commissioners are fully committed in ensuring free and fair elections.

As a part of the workshop, students belonging to different schools of Delhi were divided into different groups and each group had to make a presentation on a topic related to the museum. They also interacted with Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi, who gave them detailed information regarding the various processes involved in the conduct of election in India, viz. pre election processes, results, historical trip on elections organized in the past, etc.
Grammar Through Story Telling : Workshop fro Teachers - (28 January 2017)
The workshop on topic “Grammar Through Story Telling” was conducted in St. Mark’s School, Janakpuri on 28 January 2017 by Ms. Neelam Narang in collaboration with Scholastic for Primary and middle wing English teachers. The main focus of the workshop was the effective techniques of integrating grammar in the real world. Teachers was given strategies and techniques on an inductive approach for teaching grammar through stories for better concept development. The workshop helps in providing the potential to build knowledge about the language by giving teachers a framework to understand the link between that play-way / activities method is the most effective way to induce learning since seeing is believing and doing is retaining. Overall the workshop was motivational, inspiring, communicative and effective. It was amazing and wonderful experience for all the participants.

A motivational workshop on Multiple Intelligence was conducted by Ms. Anjali Singh. The speaker focused on the 9 levels of intelligence, and how it should be made ‘useof to gauge / assess the individual talents capabilities and qualities of child’ and should be appropriately utilized to their optimum level, to bring about positive changes, and develop the personality of child..

b) STRESS MANAGEMENT
a teacher-training workshop was conducted on Stress by Mr. Ranjit Majumdar. According to Mr. Ranjit, 4 A’s should be followed by everyone to be happy and contended. The 4 A’s are: Avoid (unnecessary stress), Alter (bad habits), Adapt (according to the situations) and Accept (the situations). The advice “take a deep breath” may seem like a cliché, but it worked like a miracle when the teachers were made to breathe deeply and asked to relax. The workshop was overall a learning experience and helped in relieving stress.

c) BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES OF CHILDREN
A workshop on Behavioural Issues of Children was conducted by Ms. Anu Singh. It was an engaging session wherein problems confronted by students as well as teachers were discussed. Multiple ways to handle different situations in a dynamic classroom environment were recommended. It was an enlightening and enriching experience for the teachers who got to learn various new methods to keep pace with the rapidly changing and evolving world of education.

The pleasant morning of 14 January 2017 brought with it an opportunity for the faculty members of St. Mark’s Sr. Sec. Public School to meet one alchemist who had portrayed the beautiful world into his awe-inspiring words.

It was an over-whelming experience for the teachers to have a ‘Talk’ with Mr. Inder Raj Ahluwalia, one of the most honoured and talented travel writers.

Travelling leaves you speechless. . . then turns you into a storyteller.”

He is a renowned travel writer who has been crowned with several International and national awards. Being a prolific writer and a storyteller himself, he shared his amusing experiences with the teachers and showcased his journey as a traveler.

The teachers asked him several questions and discussed the characteristics of a travel writer’s life.

The ‘Talk’ met its end when the teachers gladly bought the autographed copies of his book ‘Meet me at the Border’.

The phrase was aptly exemplified in the lively and fun loving interaction cum workshop on 13 January 2017 by Dr. Rajiv Sharma, alumni of St. Mark’s School, Janakpuri. He is a psychiatrist, specialist in dealing with depression, anxiety and stress management.

Doctor Rajiv exhibited an easy and simple way to a happy, healthy and successful life. Through pictorial presentation, he gave a detailed analysis of monetary savings for a secure future. He enumerated various aspects of being happy and healthy. He busted various myths related to a healthy life. He emphasised on having a healthy diet which includes Organic and raw food. He himself is a certified marathon runner and has participated in numerous races. He motivated all the teachers to adopt this healthy lifestyle in order to stay happy. His happy go lucky and down to earth approach won the hearts of the audience.
Workshop at Ganga Ram Hospital - (January 2017)
A workshop was conducted at Ganga Ram Hospital for the teachers & student on “Combating Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) at an Early Age” by HRIDAY, Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), NCD Child-GR Hospital, Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and the Association for Adolescent and Child Care in India (AACCI) with an aim to motivate schools to adopt health promoting policies through initiatives as increase in physical activity among students, to follow healthy lifestyles on preventing NCDs from early age in school. The workshop was quite motivating as it suggested various methods to be followed to combat obesity, Hypertension, Respiratory diseases etc. which may occur later in the lives of school children.
Pidilite advanced Art and Craft Teachers Workshop - (30 November 2016)
Our Art Department Teachers, Mr. Deepak Saxena and Ms. Shweta Kapoor attended a workshop on 30 November 2016 organized by Pidilite Fevicryl on “Advanced Craft” taken by Ms. Sunita Thadani (presently working as an Artist and Teacher of Pidilite).

Camlin organized Teachers Art Workshop on 10 November 2016. Mr. Deepak Saxena and Mr. Gautam Mondal attended the workshop. The Art Teachers learnt many techniques of Paintings and Craft work.

A French Workshop was conducted by ‘Frehindi’ organisation at St. Mark’s Sr. Sec. Public School, Janakpuri which focused on explaining the importance of Learning French vocabulary with correct pronunciation. It was an interactive and informative session which aimed at motivating the students to learn French language. Students benefitted a lot from this workshop.

The workshop focused on a comprehensive curriculum solution for preschoolers, developing Algorithmic Acumen and impact of computer science in everyday life.

A career counselling session was held on 16 August 2016 for the students of class XII by GINA - the institute for professional studies. The speaker was Mr. Kunal Kumar, who is an Investment actuary with 10 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Kunal Kumar has been conferred the youngest actuary award in 2014. The session was an interactive and motivated the students to think about choices they should be making and on the need to realize their own aptitude and interest for subjects which facilitates their career choices, rather than follow a fixed pattern of popular choices which in-turn only brings avoidable pressure on the students. The session also focused on the career prospects of professional courses like Actuarial Sciences, IPM which is a five year integrated programme in management recently started at IIM Indore, and other courses like BMS, Mass communication, and Hotel Management. They oriented the students towards the eligibility criteria, the application procedure for the courses and various institutes offering the courses.

St. Mark’s Sr. Sec. Public School, Janakpuri organized a wisdom enhancement session “Seedhi Baat” an open house session by Author Dr. Vikas Vijay for the students of commerce stream of classes XI & XII on 10.08.2016. Dr. Vikas Vijay is well known for his strong command over the subject, for his innovative ideas and futuristic approach. He has authored books such as Together series. The goal of the session was time and stress management and to study smart. Tips were provided to the students to avoid common mistakes. Special emphasis was laid on How to crack Accountancy paper and deal with HOTS. The session was really interactive and appreciated by One and all among the audience.
Creating a better World through Social Science Classroom - (6 August 2016)
Two teachers from the social science department attended the workshop “Creating a better World through Social Science Classroom” held in ITL Public School.

The workshop aimed at providing a meaningful dialogue between the students and the subject rather than just being a subject of information.

Mr. Rajesh Awasthi, the resource person stressed on the role of facilitator in connecting the past with the present and also encouraged the teachers to co-relate the subject with the contemporary situations to make the students more empathetic towards their surroundings.

The workshop aimed at creating a more informed and aware students who can challenge the norms of the society ad can also give solutions to the many problems at hands. Overall it helped the teachers to introspect & bring about the required changes and create a more vibrant classroom.

The teachers also received participation certificates.
For Kids by Kids - 2016 - (28 July 2016)
A team of 5 budding writers - Kirti Narang - VII-D, Srijan - VII-F, Nitin Malik - VII-D, Utsav Sharma, VIII-D and Stuti Mittal - VIII-F accompanied by the School Librarian attended Unveiling and Prize Distribution of For Kids by Kids-2016, on 28 July 2016. The event was organizedby Scholastic India at Sirifort Auditorium. The guests of honour of the event were Author - Ms. Lalita Iyer and, Quiz Master & Author - Mr. Aditya Mubayi. Ms. Lalita Iyer laid emphasis on detailing the contents and playing with words while writing. She also suggested creating a good ambience while writing. Mr. Aditaya highlighted the fact that writing makes ones thoughts coherent & helps to organise thoughts. He expressed that Every Line Put on Paper has a Meaning. He also suggested to complete the piece of writing first and its accuracy to be check in the end; he cautioned - frequent change of content disturbs the originality of the written piece. Young Authors, who won prizes this year, also shared their motivational experiences. In the end all the participants received the copy of For Kids by Kids 2016. The event was very inspiring and appreciated by all the participants.
Life Skills and Housekeeping Training Workshop for the support staff - (22 and 23 June 2016)
Two days Life Skills and Housekeeping Training Workshop for the support staff was held in school premises on 22 and 23 June 2016. In this workshop the support staff of our school learnt about code of behavior and work ethics, storage and room cleaning, personal hygiene, washroom hygiene, etiquette etc. The employees were given a certificate by Bable Domesteq, the sponsors of the workshop.
Capacity Building Programme on Scholastic Aspects of CCE by CBSE Centre of Excellence, Gurgaon (28 to 29 April 2016)
Two Days Capacity Building programme on Scholastic Aspects of CCE was held in Salwan Public School by CBSE Centre of Excellence, Gurgaon.

Twenty five schools from all over Delhi participated in it. The Resource persons threw light on scholastic and co-scholastic aspects of CCE.

Moreover, this workshop was a good initiative in Teacher Empowerment through Capacity Building Programme on Scholastic Aspects of CCE. Teacher Incharges Ms. Kavita Ahuja and Ms. Archana Mishra were also given participation certificates to appreciate their participation.

The workshop began with an introductory session wherein the teacher participants were grouped into three member team, each group comprising of one teacher from each of the three branches of St. Mark’s Group of Schools. The introductory session was followed by a discussion on the weakness and strength of teacher during the teaching-learning process, awareness of which is essential for expected result. Thereafter, each teacher was provided three worksheets, wherein their proficiency in English Language Vocabulary, Grammar and the names of books and authors was tested. Each participant explored and understood the fundamental elements of being an effective educator of English subject. The workshop concluded with distribution of prizes to the outstanding participants, who were also appreciated by Ms. Aggarwal.
Safety Riding Training - (17 February 2016)
Delhi Traffic Police had organized “Safety Riding Training” in association with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Held on 17 February 2016 at Traffic Training Park, Roshanara Bagh, Delhi. Students of class VII participated in this program. Trainers from associating company gave information regarding traffic rules, sign boards, various facts & figures showing the road accidents caused by two wheelers & how to drive two wheelers safety. An excited session of electronic bike riding was held and students took part enthusiastically. Later on students visited the traffic park & awarded participation certificate.

LIFE SKILLS
The workshop on topic “Importance of Life Skills” was conducted by Ms. Ira Sehgal on 14 January 2016 in school premises for our educators. The objective of the workshop was to share knowledge among teachers, to discuss strategies for effective classroom management and to motivate teachers to use creative and effective ways to deal with the students. Facilitators were motivated and showed a positive interest to adopt strategies for classroom management.

APPLICATION OF MATHEMATICS
Workshop on Application of Mathematics was organised on 14 January 2016 for Maths Faculty by Prof. V. P. Gupta, an eminent mathematician. Mr Gupta emphasized on Conceptual learning. He covered the area of fraction, coordinal numbers, operations of addition and subtraction, exponents, logarithm and measurements with examples. He emphasized that learner should be aware of unit approximation to have an actual learning of mathematics. He also suggested to the mentors for developing the feel of success and not the terror of failure in children for Mathematics. The workshop was highly enriching and was a great source of inspiration amongst participating staff members.

APPLICATIONS OF CAMPUS CARE
Application of campus care was an in-house training session organized for the staff on 14 January 2016. The entire team of campus care addressed the staff about the various modules of campus care that included CCE, uploading of - marks, grades and assignments, Editing of contents and other related applications useful for teachers. The Session was very informative.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
Teacher’s Training Rejuvenation Workshop

Taking time out from daily routine and mundane work is an important ingredient in the recipe for rejuvenation.Our school conducted Teacher’s Rejuvenation and Personality Development workshop in collaboration with Times NIE and Sanjeev Datta Personality School in the school premises on 15 January 2016. The resource person Mr. Vikram Datta, Mr. Ankur Sarna and Mr. Rohan Datta of Sanjeev Datta Personality School counselled teachers on how to improve productivity, develop positive thinking, ways of distressing, expressiveness, voice and diction techniques through innovative theatrical action method (TAM), a unique and rare theatrical methods to boost confidence in teachers.They blended theatre and drama with life skills to rejuvenate teachers and to impart unique skills in teachers to make classroom lively and teaching effective. The session was highly interactive wherein they gave opportunity to the teachers to come fore front and to perform on various themes. The workshop was motivating and refreshing for teachers.

THEATRE WORKSHOP
A Theatre Workshop was held by Ms. Vanessa Ohri on 15 January 2016 in our school for teachers. Ms. Ohri, a Freelance Creative Consultant and Theatre personality enthralled the audience with her acting, scripting and directing skills. She emphasized on the need for voice modulation, use of props, stage setting, postures and dialogue delivery. Teachers benefitted a lot through group stage activities. The workshop also staged a Play, which came out very well through the efforts of participating teachers. She emphasized on the application of voice modulation, use of props, stage setting, postures and dialogue delivery. The workshop was very engaging and insightful appreciated by all the participants.

E-BANKING
Mr. V. K Sapra, Relationship Manager, Punjab National Bank Janakpuri, conducted workshop on E - Banking for teachers in the school premises on 15 January 2016. The resource person demonstrated various aspect of e-banking and mobile banking. He covered the aspects of ATM, ECS, IBS, MBS and Mobile Wallets. He also emphasised the use of self service area-CDM, PUM, Cheque, ATM. He also explained the use of ECS, NEFT (National Electronic fund transfer), RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) and IMPS (Immediate Payment Service). In Mobile Banking he covered SMS based, VSSD and browser based technology. Overall it was an informative workshop, and covered everything in shifting BRICK to CLICK Banking.

It was a master training programme to take CCE in its true spirit i.e. in the over all growth of the students.
