The programme started with a beautiful music video entitled - NEVER AGAIN GENOCIDE that was performed by various Eastern African artists. The music video featured a lot of young people from Rwanda and showed how young Rwandians are intent on never letting a genocide or any type of mass killing happen ever again.

This was followed by a documentary made by UN on Rwanda Genocide. The documentary showed interviews of many Genocide survivors. The victims had lost their parents, husbands, children and some of them had been brutally raped or physically abused . Their experiences were horrifying, something no one should ever go through.

The documentary also showed the role of DUHOZANYE association that provides support to women victims of rape and HIV / AIDS to cope with trauma and pull their lives together. All in all, the students learnt the importance of co-operation and harmony and that peace prevails in the entire universe.
